Art Afternoons in the Galleries (ages 5 through 12)
Fall Semester 2009

Art programs for children of Members at the Family/Dual ($190) level and above offer students the unique experience of learning about art and creating their own works in the Museum. Students will explore their own creativity and discover art in a studio setting as well as in the Museum's galleries. All gallery visits focus on visual art concepts: line, shape, color, pattern, texture, balance, and form. Activities include painting, collage, sculpting, building, viewing works from the Museum�s collection, and listening to related stories and fables.

Fee: $240 for the 12�session semester

Session 2 (ages 5 through 7)
Tuesdays, October 20-February 9
(No class November 10, 24 or 31, December 22 or 29, or January 19)
